What is SuperFastCV?

SuperFastCV is a web-based CV and resume builder. You can start without signing up, choose one of 4 templates (Classic, Modern, Executive and Sidebar), type in or import your existing CV, and review it with the built-in ATS-readiness check. Creating and editing is free; downloading a clean, watermark-free PDF costs a one-time $1 per CV, or Pro gives unlimited downloads for $6.99/month or $29/year. The interface is available in 17 languages. SuperFastCV is operated by Nexera Apps LLC (Dover, Delaware, USA).

Is SuperFastCV free?

Creating and editing your CV is completely free: on the free plan you can create and edit up to 3 CVs and preview them in the app. A clean, watermark-free PDF uses a one-time $1 download credit, with no subscription or auto-renewal. You can re-download the exact original file at no extra cost for 24 hours from the first credit redemption; re-downloads never extend this window. For unlimited watermark-free downloads, you can go Pro for $6.99/month or $29/year; Pro renews automatically and you can cancel anytime.

Who makes SuperFastCV?

SuperFastCV is built and operated by Nexera Apps LLC, a company registered in Dover, Delaware, USA. Nexera Apps LLC is also the seller for all purchases; payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can reach the team at hello@nexeraapps.com.

Do I need to sign up to use SuperFastCV?

No. You can start building your CV right away as a guest, without creating an account. An account is optional — create one if you want to keep your CVs and access them from other devices.

Which languages is SuperFastCV available in?

The interface is available in 17 languages: English, Turkish, Arabic, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Russian, Bengali, Urdu, Indonesian and Vietnamese. Some guides and help articles are available in fewer languages.

Is SuperFastCV an AI resume writer?

No. SuperFastCV is an editor: you write and control your own content, and nothing is rewritten without your approval. It does include a built-in, rule-based ATS-readiness check that flags missing sections and formatting issues before you download.

How is SuperFastCV different from Zety, Resume.io or Canva?

The biggest difference is how you pay. Many resume builders start with a low-cost trial that turns into a recurring subscription. With SuperFastCV you can pay a one-time $1 for a single watermark-free PDF, with no subscription and no auto-renewal — or choose Pro if you need unlimited downloads, and cancel anytime. Can I get a refund?

The $1 one-time PDF is generated when a download credit is redeemed. A payment receipt confirms payment only, not PDF generation. The PDF isn't refundable once the watermark-free PDF has been generated or downloaded — unless a fault on our side stopped you from getting it, in which case we fix it or refund the charge. Pro can be cancelled anytime and stays active until the end of the paid period; consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK can withdraw from Pro within 14 days of the first payment (minus the days already used). Creating & editing your CV

How do I download my CV as a PDF?

Once you're done building your CV, click the "Download" button in the top-right corner of the editor. A one-time $1 download credit creates a clean, watermark-free PDF of this CV when redeemed, or you can use a Pro subscription for unlimited downloads. You can re-download the exact original file at no extra cost for 24 hours from the first credit redemption, not from payment, even if you later edit the CV. Re-downloads never extend this window. After 24 hours, or to download a new PDF after even a minor edit, another credit is required (or a Pro subscription).

Can I edit my CV later?

Yes! SuperFastCV securely stores your data in your browser's local storage. As long as you use the same browser and device, you can pick up right where you left off or keep editing your existing CV.

Can I create more than one CV?

Yes — on the free plan you can create and edit up to 3 CVs at the same time. To add a 4th, you'll need to delete one of the existing ones or upgrade to Pro for unlimited CVs. (If you downgrade from Pro back to free with more than 3 CVs, the newest ones beyond the limit are locked for editing, not deleted.)

Can I import my existing CV or LinkedIn profile?

Yes. Upload your current CV as PDF or DOCX and we extract the content for you to review — nothing is saved until you confirm. For LinkedIn, use its own export (on your profile, More → Save to PDF) and upload that file; we don't connect to LinkedIn accounts, since LinkedIn doesn't share profile data with other apps. Importing is free for everyone.

Privacy & security

Where is my data stored?

We take your privacy seriously. While you're working, your CV draft is kept in your browser's local storage. Once you save your CV with an account, your data is also stored on our secure servers so you can access it across devices. We don't sell your data and only use it to build your CV — you can delete or export your account and all your data at any time.

Are the templates designed with ATS in mind?

Yes — the templates use clean, simple layouts: Classic and Modern are single-column, while Executive and Sidebar use two columns, both on screen and in the PDF (a narrow side column for skills, languages and similar lists next to the main column). The PDF you download has a genuine, selectable text layer rather than being an image or a graphic. That's the format most applicant tracking systems parse correctly. If you want the most conservative layout for ATS, choose Classic or Modern. No provider can guarantee compatibility with every ATS out there, since parsing behavior varies by system, but our templates are built to give parsers real, readable text to work with.

Technical issues

The site isn't working properly, what should I do?

Make sure your browser is up to date (we recommend the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). If the issue continues, try clearing your browser cache or opening the site in a different browser. If you're still stuck, reach out to us at hello@nexeraapps.com.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all data stored on our servers at any time. Send your request to hello@nexeraapps.com. You can also remove the local CV draft kept in your browser by clearing your browser data.
